Kotuko was born in 2020, its history has much deeper roots: the agency is in fact the result of the fusion between Sicomunicaweb and Touchware, respectively established in 2010 and 2012 by a group of professionals from the world of information technology and web marketing.

After five years of success and solid collaboration, the decision to become a single reality was a completely natural consequence. In a new guise and with a new name, however enriched by the experience gained over the years, through the combination of our professional teams, we are now ready – as never before! – to provide a complete 360 ° service in the digital world.

We are looking for a WordPress full-stack developer. The candidate will join a team with 40+ developers and will work on different types of WordPress websites, from small content-based ones to large multisite networks.

Main responsibilities:

• Create plugins and themes from scratch using the CMS best practices,
• develop new features on exisiting websites,
• maintain and update legacy codebases.

Technical skills required:

• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, up-to-date understanding of the CMS conventions and tooling,
• experience with Gutenberg and WP REST APIs,
• knowledge of SQL and experience with WordPress DB structure,
• familiarity with custom post types,
• walker classes,
• taxonomies,
• widgets/sidebars.

The profile is completed by a good knowladge of the English language, strong ability to work in a team, oral and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
